About ZenSpark LLC
ZenSpark LLC is a small wellness studio building quick-reset apps for people whose lives don’t pause for a 45-minute meditation. We make focused, science-backed tools that fit into the actual margins of a real day- between meetings, before bed, in the car after a hard conversation. Our first app, Stress Monkey, gives you 46 two-minute exercises for stress, focus, sleep, and recovery, guided by one of five monkey personalities so the app actually sounds like a voice you’d listen to. It’s available now on iPhone, Android, and the web.
Everything we build follows the same three rules: it has to be grounded in real research, it has to take less time than scrolling your phone, and it has to feel like a tool, not a lecture. We pull from peer-reviewed work on the vagus nerve, polyvagal theory, breath-pacing, and behavioral activation, and translate it into something you can finish before your coffee gets cold. Stress Monkey is the first of several quick-reset tools in the ZenSpark catalog. More are on the way, each focused on a specific corner of how modern life wears people down, and each built on the same belief: small, consistent inputs beat heroic ones every time.
Small tools for big stress. Quick nervous system resets for people whose stress doesn’t wait for a yoga retreat.

A two minute reset for your nervous system.
Stress Monkey is the first product from ZenSpark LLC — a science-backed wellness app for people whose stress builds up faster than they can clear it. Forty-six quick exercises, organized by what you actually need in the moment: a reset before a meeting, a wind-down before bed, a focus boost when your brain is bouncing off the walls. Most resets take less time than scrolling your phone for “just one more minute.” Available now on iPhone, Android, and the web.

Five guides. One that actually fits how you talk to yourself.
Five guides. One that actually fits how you talk to yourself. The voice that helps you isn’t always the calm one. Banjo brings warm, no-nonsense encouragement. Breezy is the laid-back friend who reminds you that nothing is actually on fire. Coco is the grounded, steady presence. Mango is bright, upbeat, and a little ridiculous on purpose. Zen is exactly what it sounds like. You pick the one that matches your internal monologue — because a tool you’ll actually use beats a perfect one you won’t.

Two minutes. Real research. No 45-minute guru required.
Stress Monkey isn’t a meditation app trying to turn you into a monk. The exercises pull from peer-reviewed work on the vagus nerve, the physiological sigh, polyvagal theory, and box breathing — the same techniques used in clinical settings, distilled into resets you can finish before your coffee gets cold. The compound effect is the real magic: small, consistent two-minute resets, repeated daily, actually retrain how your nervous system responds to stress over time. Less white-knuckling. More baseline calm.
